After acceptance to the program you will be asked to submit a $400 non-refundable deposit in order to guarantee your place on the program or continue your internship placement. The deposit is applied towards the program fee. This deposit covers administrative and organizational costs connected with reviewing and processing your application, initiating your internship placement or a contact with an academic institution at which you would like to undertake your studies and reserving a place for you on the program.
Payment is usually requested within 2 to 4 weeks after initial acceptance to the program. Payments are submitted by check or money order and payable to Global Education Leadership. Please do not apply to the program if you will not be able to afford it.
In case of the withdrawal more than two weeks before the start of the program all collected fees except $400 nonrefundable deposit is returned to the applicant.
In case of the withdrawal less than two weeks before the start of the program 50% of collected fees, in addition to $400 nonrefundable deposit, are kept by GEL and the remaining amount is returned to the applicant.
In case of the withdrawal after the program started no refund is possible.
GEL encourages its participants to purchase an insurance plan in case of the withdrawal from the program. A recommend plan is Patriot T.R.
