How to Apply              

Civitas International Professional Internship Programs have a rolling admission policy, which means that interested

applicantsare invited to submit their applications to the program anytime but not later than:

Deadlines Planned start date of the internship
Summer:
April 20 June 1- July 1  Summer Internships

(4, 6, or 8 week internships available)

Fall:

July 20 September 1 - October 1 Fall Internships
August 20 October 1 - November 1 Fall Internships
September 20 November 1 - November 15 Fall Internships
Winter:
November 20 January 10 - February 1 Winter Internships
December 20 February 1 - March 1 Winter Internships
Spring:
January 20 March 1 - April 1 Spring Internships
February 20 April 1 - May 1 Spring Internships
March 20 May 1 - May 15 Spring Internships

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Because there are a limited number of internship places available per organization students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

 

 

 

 

Students interested in applying for any of the internship programs are requested to submit the following documents:

  1. application form* (DOC 70KB)
  2. statement of purpose (included in the application)
  3. resume
  4. unofficial transcript
  5. recommendation letter (emailed directly from your referee to Global Education Leadership)

* In the application students can specify their internship preference by indicating either an interest area or an organization from the list available here. If none of the listed organizations or general areas of interest seem to be a good match, students can specify their own area of interest so Collegium Civitas can identify other organizations in Warsaw that would match applicant's special interest.

In order to insure a timely application review process, as well as a prompt response regarding admission and internship placement applicants are requested to send their application documents electronically to Global Education Leadership at contact@globaleducationleadership.org or faxed them to 646 478 9420.

 

Admission, Deposit and Internship Placement Process

Students who have submitted thier complete application are informed about their admission to the program wihtin one/two weeks. The students receive information about their admission to the prorgam by email/mail, receive additional program documents and are asked to submit a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $400 within a week. The non-refundable deposit covers the time and resources that Civitas and GEL spend on securing an appropriate internship placement that corresponds with student's interests, preferences as well as skills and experience. Deposits are credited towards the program fee. Only after the deposit is received can the internship placement process begin.
