Conducted before the admitted students arrive to Warsaw (from the time of the admission until a week before the start of the program) .
If the student is accepted to the program and submits the required deposit, Civitas takes the following sequence of steps during the internship placement process:
2. We speak to the internship organizations about the students and send them information from the students' application packages.
3. Interested internship organizations prepare an updated internship description with a proposed list of tasks and projects for a particular student they are interested in.
4. The student receives information about the internship organization that expressed an interst in his/her candidature together, if availble, with the updated internship description. At this moment, we may also ask the student to send us a brief outline of the ideal internship with the organization. The outline is then shared with the internship organization that allows it to learn more about student's expectations regarding specific internship that is under consideration.
5. If possible, we arrange phone/skype interviews between the potential internship organization’s mentor and the student and/or facilitate other ways of communication between the internship mentor and the future intern until both confirm their acceptance of internship/intern.
6. In case the student or the organization turns out not be interested in the internship, Civitas repeats the process with other organizations that have been specified in the student's application form to find an appropriate match.
7. The internship placement process formally ends when students arrive in Warsaw, meet with the organization representatives and start their internships.
